These Tropical Plaques are Hand Painted Free Hand "NO" stencils, traceing or screen printing. There are 3 colors shadowing the Black lettering on all our Plaques & Signs. Base coat "White" is Beyer Home Depot. Exteriot Acrylic Paint. The lettering & Sealer are also acrylic's all painted on exterior to withstand the eliments.
